No, however, we can offer a logo design service at a fixed cost of £175+VAT. This will include up to 4 concepts and unlimited revisions. The finalised logo will also include file formats suitable for website, business stationery, banners, building and vehicle signage, clothing embroidery etc.

Yes, we can help you develop your content with advice and recommendations along the way. Please note: If you require us to solely create the content on your behalf this may incur additional one off costs. Please discuss with us first.

Yes. We will provide you with access to our website statistics panel that include your website's desktop/mobile engagement, page views, traffic sources and more.

No. We will optimise the content you provide initially and any new content you provide thereafter, however, ongoing regular search engine optimisation such as ranking checks, competitor analysis etc would be a chargeable extra to your website service. Please contact us to discuss further.

Our preferred method of payment is Direct Debit. We use GoCardless to handle our direct debit payments. Sign up is a simple process and can be done online within a matter of minutes, with no lengthy paperwork to fill out.

Yes, we are more than happy to have a video chat with you, in fact, we encourage it as we always like to put a face to a voice. Since the COVID pandemic in 2020 we've become 100% home-based, so we no longer have dedicated premises for holding in-person face-to-face meetings.

Typically, no. Our website design service is a fully managed service. We do all the updates on your behalf. However, some elements of the website can be made editable, for example, if we build your website with a blog, you can add posts and manage existing ones.

Nothing. Our service includes adding new pages at any time. Tell us what you need, supply us with the content you want to include and we'll get your new pages added.

No. We do not ask you to commit to any long term contract, you can cancel at any time with no penalties.

This is a difficult question to answer. No one can guarantee your website will organically appear on page 1 of Google, if someone says they can, they are simply lying to you. The more competitive your marketplace is the harder it will be to rank on the first page of Google for your business keywords. That said, we have a good record in achieving page 1 Google rankings for our clients, including positions within the top 3 on page 1, a good place to be!
